Enforcement Actions

The Attorney General’s Office investigates and enforces the provisions of the Kansas Open Meetings Act (KOMA) and the Kansas Open Records Act (KORA). This is an index of enforcement actions taken by the Office of the Attorney General to help ensure transparent and open government. The Attorney General posts these actions to help educate the public, as well as members of governing bodies and public agencies, about the requirements of each act, pursuant to K.S.A. 45-251(e) and K.S.A. 75-4320d(e).
