Scott City man pleads guilty to electronic solicitation

Nicolas AndersonSCOTT CITY – (July 23, 2012) – A Scott City man pleaded guilty today to two counts of electronic solicitation, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said.

Nicolas Anderson, 26, pleaded guilty to the two charges, both level three felonies, in Scott County District Court before Judge William F. Lyle. Sentencing is scheduled for October 2 at 10 a.m.

Assistant Attorney General Nicole Romine from Schmidt’s office prosecuted the case. The charges stem from an investigation by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center.
