The OAG reviews much information and considers the circumstances in many areas regarding an applicant’s background. Generally, the items included in this document may be considered to be disqualifiers for employment in any position with the OAG. The list of employment disqualifiers is not comprehensive in that other factors, alone or cumulative, may preclude employment with the OAG.
