Approved Signage
Kansas statutes require the attorney general to adopt rules and regulations for signs that can be posted to prohibit the open carry and/or concealed carry of firearms in buildings (K.S.A. 75-7c10, K.S.A 75-7c20, K.S.A. 75-7c24, K.A.R. 16-11-7, K.A.R. 16-13-1).
