A key component of our Consumer Protection Division is providing education to consumers so they can avoid becoming the victims of scams and fraud. Our staff travels to communities all across the state to teach consumers how to avoid scams and protect their identities.

Additionally, our Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Division provides educational presentations on how to identify Medicaid Fraud and look out for signs of abuse.
