Batterer Intervention Program

A group of dedicated domestic violence and criminal justice professionals devoted many years of hard work to develop the Essential Elements and Standards of Batterer Intervention Programs in Kansas. The program is responsible for the training and certification of batterer's intervention programs across the state to meet these standards.

The Office of the Attorney General will soon be making updates and revisions to the BIP regulations and the BIP Standards in the near future. It is important to this Office that community stakeholders provide feedback and recommendations to inform potential changes.
