Door-to-Door Sales Injunctions
Pursuant to K.S.A. 21-6423, engaging in a door-to-door sale while prohibited from door-to-door sales in violation of a Consumer Protection Order entered under the Consumer Protection Act, K.S.A. 50-623 et seq., is a Severity Level 9 Person Felony.
Posting of the order or judgment prohibiting an individual or entity from engaging in door-to-door sales shall constitute constructive notice of the existence of a temporary or permanent order or judgment, pursuant to K.S.A. 21-6423.
Consumers: If an individual or a representative of a company listed below contacts you for a door-to-door sale, please call the attorney general's office at (800) 432-2310 or contact your local law enforcement agency.
