AG files criminal charges in Trego County case

WAKEENEY – (February 25, 2014) – Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt today filed formal criminal charges against Scott Robert Bollig, 30, of WaKeeney, who was arrested February 20. A copy of the criminal complaint is linked below.

The Kansas Attorney General’s Office is prosecuting the case at the request of the Trego County Attorney Tony Potter, who will assist with the prosecution. Charges are merely accusations. Individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
